Massak is the largest of the three Arctic wolves. He is quite a shy wolf who likes to take his time until he is certain about what is going on.
When interacting with handlers in the enclosure Massak will stand off to one side whist Sikko and Pukak bound in to greet everyone, choosing the moment to say 'hello'. He is quite confident once he is sure of the situation, and with time and patience he should overcome any worries he has about investigating the wider world.
