Article 5(3) of EU Directive 2002/58/EC was enforced on the 26th May. It requires all websites hosted in the EU to inform visitors about tracking data stored on visitors' computers, otherwise known as cookies.

We at the UKWCT only use a minimal amount of cookies, none of which are of the "tracking cookie" variety; indeed, all of the cookies we use are considered "essential use" and thus are exempt from much of the new legislation.
